Workshops are generally held over a 3-4 week period of time (depending on your location). An additional 8 - 12 weeks are needed to prepare the final exhibit for installation.

The Human Element Project has recently designed a fundraising program that offers our partners the opportunity to use the rubric of the periodic table of the Elements and the powerful Human Element concept as an inspiring platform from which to launch a fundraising campaign.

Raise funds for a Human Element Project and for your organization!

Donors will receive a glicée fine-art print of the participants art as a gift from the sponsor and well as be honored at the exhibit reception.

Once funds are raised, a portion is designated for The Human Element Project. Workshops can then begin in your community on the topic of your choosing.

NEW! FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY

The Human Element Project has recently designed a fundraising program that offers our partners the opportunity to use the rubric of the Periodic Table of the Elements and the powerful Human Element concept as an inspiring platform from which to launch a fundraising campaign. Each campaign can be individually designed to reach your desired goal based on your donor pool and campaign goals. Each of the 118 individual elements on the table is assigned a designated dollar amount. The higher amounts are closer to the center painting and become lower as they move away from the center. The goal is to get sponsorship for each element with the largest donor being the Human Element in the center. Each element that is pledged serves as a sponsorship for an individual or family to tell their story though our workshops and have their work displayed as part of a large-scale exhibit.

Please contact us for more detailed information: lori@thehumanelementproject.org

Our partner will host the final exhibit displaying the 118 + Hu elements at a location of their choosing to honor the donors and the participants.

Great platform for a crowd sourcing campaign!

OUR OBJECTIVE:

To assist our partners in a unique fundraising opportunity and to fund a Human Element Project in their community. The Human Element Project is an interactive and creative opportunity to develop thought-provoking public art installations that make powerful social statements about the connection between art, science and the human experience. Our goal is to create an on-going dialog dedicated to exploring discrimination, bullying, crimes against humanity and genocide. Over the past four years, we have documented and exhibited the stories of over 500 Holocaust survivors, victims of the Guatemalan genocide, Syrian refugees and local children who have experienced discrimination and bullying. Through these public exhibitions, we have been able to expose thousands of people to victims' visual and written stories of their experiences and their resistance to hatred and bigotry.

This program is very flexible. Below you can read a brief outline of the process. We welcome your creativity and input and can adjust accordingly.

Local volunteers are used to help  us facilitate the workshops at your location. For more details about the workshop, please contact us.
