Jerry Gerard, (nĂ©e Gerhard Rosenzweig), was born on September 6, 1925. He lived in Brandenburg, Germany from 1927-1938, with his father, Josef who was a rabbi, and with his mother and sister.  During WWII, Jerry was sent to thirteen concentration camps but survived to emigrate to the United States in 1947. He lived in Los Angeles for most of his life.  Jerry worked tirelessly and successfully as a manufacturers’ representative for department store displays. He taught us the importance of setting high standards of accomplishment, honoring family and friendship relationships, and respect for our Jewish heritage.
